CAMPO TRIBE HIRES NEW GENERAL MANAGER TO OVERSEE CASINO OPERATIONS

Campo Indian Reservation, California – After an extensive national search, Muht Hei, Inc., a tribal corporation chartered and wholly owned by the Campo Tribe, has hired Mr. Robert Mudd as the new General Manager for the Golden Acorn Casino.

Robert Mudd was born and raised on the Winnebago Indian Mission in Wisconsin. He joined the U.S. Army at age seventeen and completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri and was assigned to the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was sent to Vietnam and spent a year and a half as a Radio Telephone Operator and Recon Sergeant during the Vietnam Conflict, earning him a Bronze Star and U.S. Army Commendation Medal.

“My time in the service taught me discipline, the value of doing things right, the ability to perform under pressure and the personal pleasure that comes from achieving ambitious goals,” said Mudd.

With more than fifteen years of senior management and executive-level experience in the Indian Gaming Industry, Robert has built a solid reputation as a driver of positive change. His background includes leading successful start-ups, restructurings, and expansions with a history of generating results surpassing expectations.

Robert Mudd graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 1991 and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in 2005.

“I am confident that Mr. Mudd’s skills and experience will be valuable to the Golden Acorn Casino during this challenging time in our economy,” stated Chairman Paul Cuero.
